Return & Refund Policy

At Wyrd Wear, every product is made to order just for you. Because of this, we handle returns a little differently than big-box stores:

✅ What qualifies for a return

  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

  • Wrong item received (different from what you ordered).
    If this happens, please request a return within 30 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve it quickly. We’ll issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

❌ What doesn’t qualify

  • Orders placed in the wrong size, color, or style.

  • Returns due to change of mind.
    Since each item is custom printed, we cannot accept returns for these reasons. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

ℹ️ How it works

  • Submit a return request through your customer account.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for next steps.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are issued back to your original payment method.
